जिन्हें हारना नहीं गंवारा

नफ़रत में बापू को मारा
फूटी आँख भी नहीं सुहाता
उनको संविधान ये न्यारा
पर्दा फ़ाश, फूटा ग़ुब्बारा
वोट चोर फँस गया बेचारा
हाथ उठाओ बटन दबाकर
चांटा इन्हें लगाओ करारा

सूर्य जो
थकता नहीं,रुकता नहीं,डरता नहीं
कभी हटता नहीं पीछे
वो ख़ुद जल कर के ही
उनको जगाता है जो
चलते जा रहे हैं आँख मीचे।
है उसका तेज उसकी आत्मा की
दृढ़ प्रतिज्ञा, चिर तपस्या
है वही जो सत्य का संकल्प साधे,
अहम की जो लेके समिधा
हवन आत्मा का है करता।
जल रहा है सूर्य
तो उम्मीद है, तो आस है।
कि दिन लग जाएँ जितने भी
चलेंगे,दिन बदल देंगे
थको मत।
कोई कैसी बदी हो
टाल देंगे भेद हम लेंगे
रुको मत।
कोई दीवार कैसी हो
गिरा दो और बना लो रास्ता
हटो मत।
कहो सच जब कहो
मिटा दो नाम नफ़रत का

सीना ठोकते हैं मगर नहीं है,
सेना का नाम
शहीदों का नाम
सूनी कोख का ज़िक्र
अनाथ हो गए बच्चों की फ़िक्र
ये भाषण
ये नमकीन भाषण
ज़ख़्मों को
हरा करते भाषण।
माथे के #सिंदूर को
वोट में सिकोड़ते
ये आदमखोर भाषण।
सनद रहे,
सबसे तीव्र होती है
दिए की लौ
बुझ जाने
से ठीक पहले।
नहीं आया बचाने
कोई तब
अब कुछ भी कह ले।
वो जिसने खो दिया
'सिंदूर'
तुमसे पूछती है
बिलखती एक 'शीतल' माँ
तुम्हें ललकारती है
तुम्हारी जान की क़ीमत
क्या हम सब से
बड़ी है?
बहन जो 'साक्षी' है
भाई की अर्थी की
उत्तराकांक्षी है, क्यों-
ना था तैनात कोई
ना किसी तक
चीख़ पहुँची?
ना आया पोंछने आँसू
ना मन में टीस पनपी?
तो बोली लौ-
अरे क्या पूछती हो
ये किससे पूछती हो?
जो अपनी माँ का मातम ना मनाए,
तुम्हारी आत्मा का
कैसे क्रन्दन वो सुनेगा ?
वो जिसके ताज के मोती
बने हों स्त्री के अश्रु,
वो आख़िर क्या
किसी का दुख हरेगा?
जो लाशों पर
तुम्हारी वोट मांगे,
उसे बतला दो
अब बस हो गया है।
ये कहते कहते
लौ ज़ोरों से फड़की
की जैसे ध्वस्त कर देगी
सभी कुछ ।
मगर बुझने से पहले
तीव्रता से जब जली
तो लौ ये बोली
चरम जब
आ गया है
समझ लो
अंत लौ का
आ गया है।
दिया हमने नि:शर्त समर्थन
उन्होंने हमारी वीर सेना से
मज़ाक़ ही कर दिया।
उजड़ी बस्तियाँ, बिलखते लाल
सन्न रह गए देख कमाल
एक झटके में अपनी पगड़ी को
किसी की ताक़ पे रख दिया।
‘एक अकेला’ छुप के बैठा
बंद दरवाज़ों के पीछे
वो जिन्होंने घर उजाड़े
आज भी आज़ाद हैं।
