Gratitude

With all that surrounds me

Gratitude fills me for thee 

All that I choose to ignore

Everything I sure must see

Consumed by the viciousness

I immerse myself  in anxiety

For this is All I seem to know

Believing it to be my destiny

If I choose to break the loop

I’ll be filled with joy and glee

Inked

Inked with the indelible pride

As I recollect, I am teary eyed

the tear that every Indian cried

gasping for hope, plenty died

for they trusted him, who lied

misery spread out far and wide

rampaged by his tyranny ride

Given the triumphant landslide

Hopes high, possibilities betide

'bad days seemed, few to bide'

watching up too close, cockeyed

they saw him, his true self pied

he planted hate, harvested divide

he plated blood, humanity on side

classes were wooed, margins elide

he went to backstab, all who allied

in the name of motherland, pried

tore apart pockets, basics denied

his own countrymen, he spied

laws imposed but justice denied

questions banned, sedition implied

raise an eyebrow, receive a chide

the jackal adorns the sheep Hyde

when the jungle burns, he'd hide

They hunted him, much they tried

the imposter who's now identified 

with a lot of ruckus, a strong riptide

enough is enough, the nation sighed

the intentions gore, actions too snide

Humpty Dumpty fall, they cried

their collective will they applied

a mighty finger, public astride

Inked with the indelible pride.

Every drop matters

Every star counts

Each ray to own ground. 

No breath lesser

No life picayune

Tune your 'unique self'

With the cosmic harmony

In pain and pleasure

HARMONIZE

One stands out

When all stand up

Peak is, but

The rising of the mass

Beyond Pain

Just when

You're tempted to taste relief

For impossible seems another step

On the very brink of that moment

You're faced with your toughest test

On the other side of that frame

Lies the treasure trove

Bearing the gift of 

'Being'.

The truth is NOW

Now, chirp the birds

Splendors the sunshine 

Flutters the butterfly

Dances the whole existence

Your being

In ignorance of all that is

For all that could be

The vibrant NOW

Run free, run wild, as long as the conscience fuels the self. 

Soar as high as you would

Dive as deep as it goes

True wilderness holds the reigns of consciousness.

Fall to Rise

Hurt is inevitable

For the brittle one

For, the dry earth cracks

Let love irrigate your soul

For, the clay breaks not

But BECOMES 

When impacted. 

Be the clay of consciousness

Till nuance indurates the form. 

The hardest falls cast the best.

Between the Heart & me

The Heart moulds an embryo into a foetus,

The beat, first heard moulds a woman into a mother, 

When the universe hums in its beat, it manifests itself through you.

The Cosmos blooms in that heart,

I'm only conquered by the heart as I conquer it

Start is the end

And day, The night. 

Know thy weakness

To know thy might.

Ride your breath

Discover your light.

As you breathe out

Shine so bright.
